If publishers have restricted our e-book access to only a few or sometimes only one concurrent user at a time, then you may find that you're unable to access the e-book as someone else, or several other people, are using it at the same time.

Some e-book platforms will present you with the option to place a reservation on the e-book just like you would do with a printed book. You'll need to register your email address so that you can be contacted when the e-book is available for you to view. If there are no options for reservations, keep checking back or have a look on Library Search to see if print copies are available.

If you continue to have problems gaining access to an eBook title please contact your Information Specialist so they can investigate purchasing additional licences.
