Text or page not displaying correctly

If you are having problems with the display of a page/text in a Kortext eTextbook (EPUB files), please try the following:

After you have opened the book, click the “TT” symbol at the top right to open the Display Options. Change the Scroll mode to Scroll (if it is set to Pages).  You can also try adjusting the Layout, also available in Display Options.


My screen shows the message ‘no active subscription’

You may note be connecting to the Aston University eTextbook collection.

  1. Try clearing your browser's cache 
  2. Try using a different browser

  1. Which browsers you have tried and
  2. Whether you have cleared all your cache and cookies 
  3. Username you have been using
