The Library offers a range of collaborative, quiet and silent study spaces throughout the building signage on the different floors will let you know what space you are in.
Bookable study rooms
We have six group study rooms available to book between 09:00-21:00. Room L014 on the ground floor is suitable for solo study.
Book a group study room online up to two weeks ahead.
Silent study
The third floor is the best place to study in silence on your own. You can use the live chat service to report noise on third floor, but please let us know whereabouts you are sitting (you can use the numbers on the desks).
Postgraduate room
There is a dedicated postgraduate study room on the third floor near to the back staircase. The room is accessed using your student card and is available during all hours that the Library is open.
Keep valuables with you and please don't leave your items unattended in study rooms for long periods of time.
