There are a number of ways that you can report a problem to us. You can:

  1. Speak to a member of staff
  2. Use our online chat service
  3. Complete an online form
  4. Email library@aston.ac.uk

We will investigate your comments as fully and fairly as possible, and will try to solve problems where feasible.  The more details you can supply, the easier it will be to put it right.

We will provide an initial reply within 1 working day if reported in writing or advise you of the next step to be taken by Library Services in person if you have reported it to a member of staff or via online chat.
