Your Kortext account is linked to another institution and you are not connecting to the Aston University eTextbook collection.

  1. First of all please try clearing your browser's cache 
  2. Alternatively, you can try using a different browser

 

If this does not work for you

  1. Please contact library@aston.ac.uk 
  2. in the query please highlight which browsers you have tried and that you have cleared all your cache and cookies
  3. Please highlight the username you have been using and confirm your email address.
  4. The Library Team will contact the Kortext project team to re-set your username and password.
