If you want to use Eikon, you need to request an Eikon ID. From July 2021, Datastream is available as an Eikon Excel add-in; the old Datastream application and Excel add-in are not compatible with Office 365.

Eikon IDs can be used via your own devices and will have a time limit.
There is also a Eikon training portal available at https://training.refinitiv.com/eikon/ This includes video tutorials and an opportunity to work through an online certification programme
