Notices (emails) to advise you of overdue items, recalled items and reminders to renew your books are sent from the Library system on a daily basis to your Aston email address.
IT services have advised us that they have identified a problem with the spam filters for the email system which means that notices from the Library and Blackboard are sometimes sent to either the email junk / quarantine filter or the student email the clutter folder.
IT services are working to resolve this problem but in the meantime it is advisable to also check these folders as well as your in-box to ensure that you don't miss any communications from the Library
